FTP Access Problems (Slow or Connection Dies)
Posted by Trey T on 03 January 2013 10:07 PM

Typically, the solution to this problem is to make sure that your FTP client does not have "PASSIVE" mode enabled. PASSIVE mode is a frequent cause of FTP slowness or drops in connectivity. You can check this by going into the connection properties or tools menu of your FTP client and making sure that you are NOT using PASSIVE mode.

If this is not the problem, you can use the web-based Space Control Panel's 'File Manager' to upload files.
