Many times, a third-party has setup or is managing one or more domains on behalf of the owner(s) of those domains. In many cases, however, the third-party becomes unresponsive, or for whatever reason the owner of the domain chooses to take control of the domain. The simplest way to take control of this domain is to sign up for Sitelutions at https://www.sitelutions.com/signup . Once you have done that, have the current domain manager e-mail Sitelutions providing us with your domain name(s) and your subscribed e-mail address (the one you've just signed up with). This account-to-account transfer is done free of charge. In hostile situations, or situations where you cannot contact the third-party who is managing your domain(s), we still may be able to help you if you are listed as the administrative contact or registrant in the public WHOIS registration database. You will need to send us a fax containing the following information:
This information should be faxed to (866) 588-0912. As specified, we will charge $200 for the first domain, plus $50 per additional domain to move domains in cases where we need to manually verify your information. We reserve the right to deny any requests and will refund the processing fee if the request is denied.
If you have further Questions, please contact us by phone.
