Configuring SPF for your Sitelutions Space Account

Sitelutions Space accounts require some special configuration for SPF records to correctly pass validation.

In order to protect our customers and ourselves, we make use of a third party mail filtering service which helps filter outbound mail, and it is necessary to ensure they are authorized as a valid origin for email from your domains.

If you are configuring SPF for your domain, please ensure that you include the following in your SPF record:

+include:relay.mailchannels.net

This will ensure that mail from the MailChannels Mail servers is considered a "pass" for your domain, when sent from Sitelutions.
